Plain terms for using Unfogged. By creating an account you agree to these.

What Unfogged is

Unfogged reads what you write and returns a structured artifact — a brief, and across briefs, a Bigger Picture. It is a clarity tool. It is not therapy, medical care, or mental-health advice, and nothing it produces is a clinical assessment or a recommendation to take or avoid any action.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for the writing you put into it. Keep your sign-in secure. One person per account.

Free tier and the Bigger Picture

• Free: 5 briefs, in-app, including the Bigger Picture across them. No card required.
• The Bigger Picture (members): unlimited briefs, the full across-briefs view, and the actions that take a brief out of the app.

Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

The Bigger Picture is a recurring subscription. By subscribing you authorize the following until you cancel:

• Price: the rate shown at checkout (the founding rate, below the standard price at launch, locked while your membership stays active).
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current rate, unless you cancel first.
• How to cancel: cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges. No cancellation fee.
• Reminders: we send billing confirmations, and renewal or price-change notices where required.
• Refunds: contact hello@unfogged.ai.

You affirmatively consent to these auto-renewal terms at the checkout step before any charge is made.

Your content

Your writing stays yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy policy — we don’t sell it, share it, or train outside models on it, and you can export or delete it anytime.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Unfogged to harm others, break the law, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty; limits

Unfogged is provided “as is.” The briefs are generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong; your decisions remain your own. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
